Bird Feeders Unlimited will give away a premium quality bird feeder. Everyone who either registers on our web site OR makes a purchase during March will be entered into the drawing. One name will be randomly drawn from the month’s entries and that individual will win a free hummingbird feeder.NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED
Winners will be notified via email and will have ten days to redeem their prize.

1. Disclaimer. BirdFeedersUnlimited.com, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, and/or professional advisors will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, Internet, network, electronic, software, hardware, or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of BirdFeedersUnlimited.com or any Sponsor; or (d) any typographical or printing errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
2. Entry Period: Entries received between 12:01 AM PDT on March 1, 2011, and Midnight PST on March 31, 2011 will be eligible for this drawing.
3. Prize: Qualified entrants will receive a Schrodt Designs Faceted Ruby Hummingbird Feeder or a hummingbird feeder of at least equal retail value selected from those listed on birdfeedersunlimited.com. The prize in association with the winners' names may or may not be displayed on the BirdFeedersUnlimited.com website. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Bird Feeders Unlimited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize.
