Shipping, Returns and Sales Tax
Except by special arrangement, we only ship within the continental United States.
Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order.

TERMS OF SALE
1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
5.) Shipping: Items in stock are shipped within 2 to 5 business days, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge.
- All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
- Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after they become available. For orders which include one or more out-of-stock along with in-stock items, those items in-stock will be shipped first, and out-of-stock items will be shipped as they become available, unless the purchaser requests otherwise.
- We normally ship UPS or FedEx ground, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail.
- As required by the shippers, orders to be shipped by UPS or FedEx must include a valid phone number for the purchaser. Orders submitted without a valid phone number for the purchaser will be shipped USPS.
11.) All merchandise returns and/or exchanges will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
6.) Cancellations: Subject to Bird Feeders Unlimited acceptance and terms. All cancellations of orders prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to Birdfeedersunlimited.com for any UPS or FedEx shipments. Birdfeedersunlimited.com will assist in the process of collections.
8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
9.) Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it for a refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by Bird Feeders Unlimited within 14 days of RMA No. issued.
10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at email@example.com or phone 888-344-0110. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
